Brooks have added a lighter DNA LOFT v2 cushioning to the midsole of the latest Cascadia 16 to make this popular trail shoe even more comfortable. The additional small improvements on the upper and midsole, like the added drainage ports, the gusset tongue, the upgraded Ballistic Rock shield and the TrailTack rubber make this an excellent high-tech trainer to help tackle any hazardous terrains.

New midsole and outsole construction lets the shoe mould easily to the ground, improving the stable ride.
